I'm with Caroline on this. You never know. My Mom and Dad had two kids, and both my sister and I have CF...They were both carriers with no known family history on either side.

all 3 of my kids have cf. I guess it's unlikely, but it's 25% with each pregnancy, and yes, you can hit that 25% chance each time i guess...
