I have had this a few times the past weeks too. I think it is because I have been feeling really really tired.
It's like there is a haze in my head. I don't know how to say it really. It's not in front of my eyes cause I see clear. It's only that when I turn my head I do see everything clear but it's like the vision doesn't move as fast as I move my head. And my head just feels strange, cloudy. Drunk maybe. I had it ones pretty bad when I was in physio and my physio said that my eyes were acting funny too. But not for the whole time. Sometimes it takes a few hours for my head to feel better again, sometimes it's only a few minutes.
The first time I really noticed this feeling was last september. It got pretty bad then. This was when I ended up in hospital with what they later thought has been a respiratory virus. My chest ached, I was really short of breath even when my pft's were the same as always.
I hope you can find out what it is, and that you'll feel better soon.
