Are you looking for the prices with or without insurance? Because it makes a huge difference; without insurance prices could skyrocket into the millions (depending on how many hospitalizations occur). My Dad once told me that every time I went into the hospital for the regular old 2 week stay it was at least 250,000$. But with insurance our portion was only 800-1200$.
Here's a site I found that did a study... although the study took place in 1996 when things such as the VEST or Tobi, coliston, cayston, eflows, etc. were not out then... so I'm sure the cost of things has risen a bit.
