The first two things that occur to me are blood pressure and blood sugar issues. Do get it checked. Getting a handle on new issues as early as possible is for the best.

Like others said there could be many reasons for lightheaded & dizziness .. Besides what others mentioned , Do you have hearing / ear issues ?
Not only would i let the cf team know, i would go to my primary dr. & have him/her put all the pieces together to figure out the problem ASAP ..

Speaking of ENT i forgot to mention that 6 wks ago when i had my thyroid taken out i also had sinus surgery i have been doing nasal rinses 2x's a day but now that i can blow my nose my ears pop and hurt a little. I see my ENT on monday so i will mention all my problems to them.
