Hello, my name is Mary. I'm 28 with cf. I know what you mean. It's been so crazy especially with the whole H1N1 thing. Everytime I cough I get nurses and dr.s coming up to me asking if my cough is chronic or not! Lol. I say yes it is and that I have cf. They say there sorry and walk away. Ive had people tell me to stay at home if I am sick. I just simply reply with "then I would never leave my house." Lol. People have offered me a cough drop. Hehe! I tell them it wont work, they say that they are sorry and walk away, or they end up getting a mask! It is so easy to scare people these days. They think that I am choking when they hear me cough. It's so crazy! I know the feeling though. It can make me feel so alienated. It's almost like I am a virus about to cause a huge out break! Geez! Some people really need to calm down. They can handle cancer, but not cf? I have no clue how that works, but whatever! Anyway, I'm hear to chat whenever! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
