Looking for Tips...

Excersing helps you clear out your lungs and funny but it does give you more energy through out the day...i start off my morning with 30 minutes of walking/jogging on the treadmill... And on some evenings i go running with my husband at the park.

I would not mind showing you my before pic...funny but i was big...i weigh 158 now...still 50 pounds to go...(possibly another year to lose that because more you loose the slower and harder it gets)...

Oh god, I can totally relate to the Coke thing. On my bad days I drink 6+ cans of regular coke. (Ignore that CFRD nonsense in my sig) >_>

Check out the Vitamin water thread where we are discussing low(er) sugar drinks, it was very helpful to me. I absolutely dispise diet pop so there is no way that was an option for me... now I try to drink only 2 cokes a day with meals, and lots of water and flavored water. They have significantly less sugar and lots of good vitamins.

Exercise is also going to be your best bet, so buy a puppy and start walking! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> (Just kidding... kinda) <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

We're in a rental right now, but hopefully can buy before too long...then it's all about the walking companion dog. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0"> I have been riding my bike at night when hubby is home with the kids so I can get some speed. That's the problem is when I take my girls on the bike or walking, they walk or ride so slow, are too big for the stroller, and I'm not strong enough for a bike trailer yet. Boring! Anyway i am miserable and now that summer is almost here im really miserable <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif" border="0">
