Thanks, everybody. I am feeling better today. Anxious for the sweat test though. It only takes a few hours to get the results, right?
@Harriett - CF doc will be checking her genetics too. At least that's what he told me when we spoke about this in October at Maggie's last clinic visit. Since we know we are looking for DF508 it makes it easy and he wants to have done everything he can to rule out CF and give us peace of mind!
@Aleksandra - I'm thinking of you as you go through these final days of pregnancy. Please let us know (as soon as you can) when this baby is born!

Joanna doc said they will try to speed up the results if I give them a call as soon the baby is born. Well Katie scored a 10 on her sweat test! they did both arms and both were 10, so I'm celebrating no CF. although we are running a genetic test as soon as I can get back to the hospital with Katie to do the blood draw. I'm kind of second guessing that though since I hate having to put her through that. I'm assuming they don't need much blood, but it still sucks to do on a tiny baby. So I might wait a little, I'm not sure. I guess I'm just lucky and grateful to have a clinic staff that is so willing to go through all the testing channels for us! I know I will do the genetic test though just to ease my own mind.
