I've had to learn how to deal with my stress a lot better. Now I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I also love to cook when I'm upset. The big cue for when things are really bad is I clean my house from top to bottom. All of this might seem like work but for me it's how I get to let everything out. Crank up the stereo, shut off the phone and grab the broom!!!! Sometimes I think Trent makes me mad just so I'll clean!
