Braggion [1995]
And Dozens of smaller studies show that HFCC is as effective as alternate airway clearance modalities.

So I would say one is as effective as another, it's just personally which one u get the most benefit from

Thats what I would come up with Sakem. Until such time that a larger study is done.

I would think given how frequently a vest system of some type is prescribed &/or used that it would be easier now a days to get this study done.

ashley rain 1s almost 14 and we did cpt until she was about 4, when she got the vest. if she is sick we do cpt on her upper right lobe after the vest. her dr has her to do the drainage positions with the vest, not all of them, just the ones for the right upper lobe. it really seems to do a good job, and it really makes sense to me.
