Masks?

I bought a kids size. I am pretty petite. The kids size covers my face and chin and nose perfectly.

I wore my mask yesterday while we worked in the yard. My mask got a touch warm but I didn't cough or get short of breath (like I do in the paper masks).

I love the patterns on the mask-- makes wearing them feels less sterile and hospital-like. I only have the regular mask-- I want to buy one of the winter ones.

I would think a kids size would be perfect for me then too...

You think it's good enough to protect you for CF germs?.. And maybe MRSA?
Ofcourse together with not coming too close and not touching, things like that.

It's just extra really... I really want to visit my friend.
I asked my hospital and they said to not see eachother for longer then an hour in the same room. Not touch. Hold your distance. And maybe wear a mask.

I just read about the whole website and think these masks are not safe enough for me.
They might be safe in an environment where you don't know what you can catch. And for gardening and things.
But I really need something that will keep me safe from possibly the smallest of bacteria. So I'm going to look a little further I think...

I knew a girl that actually wore something like this (a cartridge respirator) whenever she needed to be in crowds, hospitals, etc.

<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.coopersafety.com/item/100570/North-5500-Organic-Vapor-N95-Respirator-Kits.aspx
">http://www.coopersafety.com/it...-Respirator-Kits.aspx
</a>
She said she felt comfortable with it on, but it looks so heavy to me. I've only worn a 3m 8210 disposable dust mask (white, two yellow rubber bands) and found it suffocating.

Has anyone seen or worn something like in the link? I guess it filters everything possible, but it seems uncomfy.
