Thats where my gallbladder pain is. I have 2 stones and when it acts up thats where I get it, and the pain can radiate around to my back and up to my sholders also. Is it worse after eating?

Scarlett, that's crazy. I JUST finished a 2 week course of Pipercillin (appropriate enough, given my name <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">. I've been on it before and never experienced this, but still...pretty odd that both ofus felt this right after that drug.

Right lower pain usually means one of three things.. again I said usually, if it is mid cycle for you and you are ovulating it could be an ovarian cyst, Appendix pain usually starts off general stomach pain that is by your belly button and then moves to your right side, (usually) or you could have DIOS which is where CFers get obstructions at times..
If you are not better, I would get it checked out ASAP, when I had to get my Appendix out it felt like gas pain or that I was constipated, I felt dumb going to the ER but at the time I didn't have a doctor, it was a good thing I did because my AP was almost ready to burst...

Make you are aren't dehydrated/consipated - take some fiber if you have to, and see if that helps.
Of course, Antibiotics can make our stomachs unhappy and hurt just about anywhere, so it could be that too.
