Hello, I also have a 10 yr old daughter with CF.
I try to make doing her treatments and vest fun by setting up a video game or her favorite dvd. That way it is not something that she dreads doing. Don't get me wrong, she still does not like doing her treatments, but we seem to have less discussions about why she needs to do them. Hope this helps, feel free to contact me.
