<span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt;">Seems like a lot of people come here to get advice or get motivated. Let’s make this posting do both. I want all of you to come post what you like to do to keep healthy. It can be anything from dancing, running, or whatever you do, there is nothing too small. Talk about why you do it and how it makes you feel when you’re done. This isn't just for the people with CF it is for everyone. I thought we could use this post to give others ideas on what works for the rest of us. It is notjust about what we do but more about what we have found that is fun to do and makes us feel healthier. So come on and share what you enjoy to do for exercise it might just help someone else.I will start, I truly enjoy sports. You name it and I would probably play it. I have a very competitive family and we enjoy the aspect of any competition, win or lose it is just fun. =) I am known for being the runner in my family and have run a few marathonsas well as some othergoofy races (I will leave it at that). I found being active is justapart of who I am and makes me feel good.I truly believe that growing up in that kind of environment helped me with my CF. I give credit to exercise for my current health and if asked by anyone I would suggest that they find some sort of exercise they enjoy doing and make it apart of their own life. If you enjoy it you are more likely to stick with it and that is the most important part.So go find something that makes you feel good and come back here and let everyone know.
