Leeann, my pregnancy test will be the 21st of february. They highly discourage Home pregnancy tests after IVF and even IUI with meds because of all the chemicals and such in body. A lot of false negatives and even more false positives.
Eli, So far I've only been through the meds portion. I'll tell you my schedule for everything (it's going to be LONG!)...Keep in mind I already had all my labs, HSG, SYStogram and other work ups at another clinic. I am not sure at what stage clinics do their PGD. I believe every one of them is different. Here's a great resource to go to though, www.inciid.org. In the upper portion, a bit to the Left you will see (in SMALLL writing) something that says forums, click on it. Thenit will open up the "forums page" where you can choose which forums you want to look at. They have medical support forums where doctors will acutally come on and answer patient questions and then there are support forums where you can talk to others who have gone through IVF or who will be going through it or those who are in the middle of it. Here's the direct link: http://www.inciid.org/index.php?page=forums and then I post on this one "Infertility Bulletin Boards, Chats & Forums" but I have browsed all of them.
I'll keep everyone posted as to how the retrieval went... I probably won't be back on until Saturday though.
Much love to all, thanks "family" for ALL of the support! Everyone has been wonderful!
