A jar of peanut butter, iPod/MP3 player, really thick book that doesn't bore you, DVDs (the new University has players in each room), a towel from home, a blanket and a pillow or two depending on how many you like to sleep with.

Do you still hate breakfast food? Haha. I remember that so vividly from when we were younger. That and when we broke the bed on CRC. Do you remember that?!

If you need a visitor, drop me a PM. Would love to see ya.

Your probably in hosp already and will probably be home before needing any of below list, but here's what came in handy on my last visit:
'baby' toothpaste - you know, non-burning, mild on your mouth when you start getting a sore and raw mouth from antibiotics, and a pot of lip balm or better yet petroleum jelly (we call it 'vaseline') for the dry cracking lips.
Good hand cream
Small bottles of juice
2-in-1 shampoo - the less effort the better
I like to take my own sats monitor, thermometer etc so I can do some spot checking myself
Scissors, bandages, plasters etc for when you are performing surgery on yourself (just kidding, but you know what i am referring to: the fiddling you do with your drip when someone taped it up to tight, or the plaster is beginning to fall off)

Good luck, hope u feel better soon!!

Entertainment for sure.

And your pills if you can do it. The hospital here is HORRIBLE! They always try to take my enzymes and catalog them- I'm not supposed to be able to get them myself. I got ticked off one day after it took me an hour and half to get them after eating!

They finally just gave them to me lol.
