42/100 (42% FVC or FEV1) isn't a good number to have but you can probably bring it up by being proactive with your health - exercising and doing your treatments. Think of today as the first day of the rest of your life. You can do better when you know better. Education is key here.
Did your CF doctor give you an action plan to help you get your numbers up and your health better? At this point I wouldn't put too much stock in your PFTs considering you are pregnant but 42% is low and something to watch. But you can do it!!
