I give both boys a mixture of greek yogurt (18grams fat and probiotics WOO HOO), applesauce and add the apple cider vinegar to that. I started out with a small amount and they are now getting 1 teaspoon at breakfast and dinner. Caleb has been eating that since he started eating solids. My oldest also liked it when i made it into a juice... a little water, some xylitol and the vinegar. You could also try adding it into a juice in small amounts. That may defeat the purpose though, as most juices are acidic and not good for a CFers tummy.
Hope this helps!!

Hi ColbysMom,
Thank you so much for the information. I purchased the Himala Sea Salt and he doesnt seem to mind it at all <img src="">. As for the apple cider vinegar, does it need to be organic? or can i use any brand?
I have continued to breastfed but i am now giving him 3 - 4 bottles of fortified breast milk with formula and whole grain rice cereal. I also started giving him BABY apple sauce which he didn't like at first but after trying it a few days without enzymes he seems to be taking to it. I will soon try to give him the enzymes with the BABY apple sauce once he shows that he likes to eat it.
