I'm curious..... is the PharmaNAC way better than most? I've taken NAC at different times for long periods of time, and never felt like I had a noticeable benefit. I'm wanting to get back on it thought (actually primarily for some hormonal problems), so I'm wondering....... should I shell out the extra bucks for the PharmaNAC? is it really that much better?

I should also say that all NAC supplements I have used were either well researched or given to me by a licensed integrative physician. So I have always taken high-quality stuff, I am just wondering if there is anything specifically better about this brand.

Also, thought I would throw this out there.... I have nebulized GSH for about 12-13 years now and found it extremely helpful.

Ya I'm just thinking the reason you may not have seen a noticeable effect is because you aren't taking the good stuff.

NAC has to be in fizzy form, not pills that you swallow, etc. If you have been taking fizzy tabs of NAC, you'll definitely be the 1st person I've bumped in to that hasn't experienced a noticeable impact - but maybe it's because you're nebbing GSH? That could definitely be it.

Funny, I talked to my doc about NAC and he said it might help, depends on individual. But he was firm on just going to GNC and getting NAC pills.  I wonder if GNC is good or bad?<br>
