Skye was just diagnosed with asthma and was put on albuterol twice a day by neb. She takes pulmozymes already in the morning when we do her first vest treatment of the day. Does anyone have any suggestions on when I should do the albuterol by neb? I will be doing one at night and I am thinking one before or after the pulmozymes but I am not sure which? Help?!

Do it before pulmozyme. Bronchdialtors always go first, the open the airways so that the other meds can get in deeper.

Yeah, that's what we do too. Albuterol is always first. Has anyone mentioned Pulmicort to you? That was what our team added when they decided there was an asthma component to our daughter's CF. (She was a little wheezier than they would have liked). With the pulmicort, I add the concentrated albuterol drops so it doesn't add any more time to her treatment.
