Hi Sevenstars: Does the pharmacy you drive to Deliver? Some do.

For almost all my meds I use my local CVS. But for Collistin or Tobi I use Procare

number is1- 888-776-0166. They are great to work with.

Express Scripts we had a terrible time with and didn't continue with them.. I will spare you the details.

good Luck.

I use CF services for most of my meds. Then I use the local Rite Aid for the rest. My Prevacid, Celexa, Pulmozyme and Zithro I get there. It is easier for me than having to order it every 4 weeks online.

I have never had any real issues with CF services. I used to get my TOBI through Rite Aid but they had issues with ordering it and it would take up to 8 days to get it in. Drove me crazy so I switched to CFS.

I avoid CF services like the plague.

I tried them again this past week and they have gotten 100% of everything wrong.

A co-pay for a med was $90. I never gave them permission to fill it (we traded phone calls back & forth regarding the explanation for the high co-pay) and lo and behold the med shows up yesterday with a charge to my card for $90. I never told them I wanted to fill it!

Another med I get co-pay assistance on showed up today with a $200 co-pay charge. Amazing. They have all the info they need to adjudicate the co-pay assistance.

For whatever reason my local CVS was able to handle all this fine. But CF Services is like the Post Office - no accountability (they're not for profit) and horrendous customer service.

Finally, they claim they're unable to bill both my primary and secondary insurances although no other pharmacies have issues with it (local mom and pop, CVS, Foundation Care, local hospital pharmacy). They're idiots.

I'm done with them....again.

JenWren, yes the good pharmacy I go to does deliver. It's kind of far so I'm not sure if they'll deliver all the way to me though. I'm going to call tomorrow and ask.

Honestly they could get ANYTHING covered or ordered for me, and they are all super nice, knowledgable and great. It just sucks that now I have to drive so far/spend time driving when I'm sick to get there. I'm really crossing my fingers they do deliver. Anyway, for this time, I ended up getting my stuff from there anyway. I called, literally, 5 pharmacies around my house, everything from chains to mom n pop stores and none of them seemed nice AND helpful. The one place where the guy was super nice (CVS) said that he could not get colistin for me, and that is one of my main meds.

Thank you guys so much for all your help and advice - and honest experiences about CF services. They don't seem too great afterall. If they charged 200$ to my card... whew, words don't expressed how pissed I'd be.

It's suprising how many of you guys use seperate pharmacies for your stuff! I guess we all need so many meds, the chances that one pharmacy can handle all them is slim. Thanks again. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> If anyone else has other stories, keep them coming.
