I use the Devilbiss Pulmo Aide 4 times a day
It never fails. I have had bad luck with those
little grey Pari plus jobs. had 2 duds so far.
they loose pressure after a month ,,

I have 2 Devilbiss Pulmo Aides, one is 18 years old and
they other is the newer model of the same 5052 I think.
But it is 15 years old, Works great..

Yeah, we are doing 3ml of sodium chloride and it takes at least 10 minutes. Then we have Pulmozyme and albuterol that each take around 10 minutes. We have a Pari for our 4 year old and it seems her pulmozyme took alot longer on that than the new nebulizer we got for our newborn. So now we use the same machine for both just switch the tubing. I can't imagine that will hurt anything as long as we use dif tubing? Maybe her nebulizer is just old? Was not sure how long they last...she has had it about her whole 4 years.
But for the 4ml it seems your time is right...
