I dont exactly know why, but he recomended that I use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse cup instead of the baby nasal aspirator. I used it last night and what you do for those that dont you, you fill it with 8 oz of water and put a packet of istonic saline (which comes with the bulb) and then you squirt half up one side and half up the other...so its about four oz up each side...which is a lot more than I was doing.
Anyway...for those that use it...how do you disinfect it? The directions tell me to use tap water and dish soap but that doesnt seem like enough. And plus it says you shouldnt boil the plastic and also that a dishwasher wouldnt get it clean enough. Any thoughts/ideas?
