My name is Mac, and I do legal documentation. A little girl named Raina desperately needs to be removed from her negligent mothers care or she may vary well not last thru the year. I am in Calif. in the upper desert, Joshua Tree. Does anyone know of an attorney I can contact that is familiar with CF cases? Please feel free to e-mail me at mackyd2@netzero.net.

Hi MAc,

Beth Suffian of Suffian and Passamano in Houston, Texas handle all CF and other various disability cases. She handled my Social Security CF case. She does alot of charitable cases, and gives great advice. I also live in the Northeast, so the distance doesn't matter. She'll handle it wherever you are. They have a website.
Hope they can help,

Christian

Mac,

Didn't you post a week ago or so? Have you tried calling Child Protective Services? It's probably the quickest route to getting the child removed. If I remember, the child's father lives out of state and the child is living with her mother?

Is there more to this story that we're not getting?

OMG yes he did. I posted Beth Sufians email & website in response to his post. He was told not to wait to contact an attorney if the child is in that much danger. Here we are a week later & things dont seem any different. Whats up MackyD?

I hope this man is not a scam and he is playing with her heads here. IF he was so repsonsible he would have checked his messages last week.

Hold up everyone, he DID post a week ago BUT..... there is a question in FAQ where he asked the admins, "I posted something a few days ago and I can't find it...." I don't recall him using the MackyD name, it might have been anon. and then he registered.

Seem suspect until you go read that question in the FAQ that was posted quite a few days ago. Seems as though he didn't get our responses, it doesn't appear that he ever came back to his initial post (which incidentally I CANNOT find now either).

Lets cut him just a little break knowing some more info....please <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
