Hello everyone! I'm from the UK and have just found this forum which looks a great place for support and advice

I'd love to speak to others in my situation. My husband and I have been undergoing IUI over the last few months as I'm unable to conceive due to having very thick, sticky CM.

We've had 3 cycles so far (all natural) but will be starting hormone stimulated cycles from January. We were hoping not to need them as there is a much higher risk of multiple pregnancies but it looks like our only option.

Anyway, really looking forward to getting to know you all! x

Welcome to the family! I don't have CF my husband does, and we did IVF.

The only recommendations I have would be to consider accupuncture and to use the "pineapple regimine" on the injection/transfer date.

Let me know if you are interested in knowing more about these.

Hi there,

I think you will find this pregnancy forum a great place for advice and support. There are a few CF women who are currently pregnant and many of us who have already had children. I really found this forum helpful and I don't know what I would've done without it. I never even know CF women were able to carry babies until I came here!

For me, I went through unmedicated IUI's and got pregnant on the 2nd attempt. Pregnancy and childbirth was the most amazing experience and I'm so glad I got to experience it.

Have you had an HSG done yet? Sometimes if you've had bowel surgery before (which I'm not sure if you've had or not), it can cause problems with blockage or scarring in the fallopian tubes.

Well, hopefully you find this forum helpful. Take care and good luck with getting pregnant!

Hey I'm glad you found the site and hopefully we can be helpful to you on your journey! I've been through 3 medicated IUI cycles and were currently going the start again and give it a couple more shots! I'd love to help ya with any questions I can answer for ya, but if you've gone through it 3 times already, your probably an ol' pro!

WELCOME!!
