I know that there is some pretty important health issues being discussed in this post but...

Steven...a '68 Shelby?! Wow.

Diane: A muscle car girl?! Race them?! Wow.

I love muscle cars too. First car was a Javelin (does that count?) Then 2 Camaros. Then as soon as I could buy one -- '91 Corvette-- which I still have. Love it.

Sorry, off topic, but got carried away.

I'm a car enthusiast too, but am more of a "classic car" kinda girl. I sold my '57 Chevy that I had last year because it hadn't been a "barn" car, but an outside car for 30+ years & was at the point where it needed to be fixed up right now or it was going to rust through.

Since I didn't have the money to fix it, I sold it<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> The good thing is the guy that bought it said he would invite my family down to Arizona to see it when he's done. I hope he does!

All Right, Landy! We're always so busy sharing the serious stuff -- who knew? I gotta go polish my Vette if you want to share pics. During my bad years, I let it sit for 2 years without driving. Had to pay $2000.00 to get it to work again and the great shine is no more. But I love it anyway.
