L's scheduled for a CT Scan in 3 weeks and I've really gotten it in my head tht it should be without sedation. Am I crazy? Part of me thinks that he would be better off not ever knowing what's coming or what just happened. But I also know that he's been "sensitive" towards anesthesia before (not plain sedation though) and I would love it if he could just skip anything that compromised his respiratory system.
My idea for practicing includes making a mock CT machine out of an appliance box, have him lay in it for 5 minutes while listening to a story on the iPod.
As I type this, I just can't imagine my boy even considering being left, awake, and lying still. He is quite the Momma's boy!
