OT - Pancake Puffs

I think I am going to see if I can find one of these things.

I am laughing because I believe that most of your kidos are probably under the age of 10 and mine is 14, never occurred to me before now, not sure if it will make you all feel better or not, but when Nathan won't eat anything else, he will always eat a pancake or a waffle. Those who got those pans probably made better investments then you can imagine! Pancakes may not be just a phase and may last much longer than you think! Still laughing! Its so funny what we moms will do to get our CFer's to eat and where some of the eating habits and choices change over time, pancakes are still a good go to when he won't eat anything else! And, leave it to a CF mom to figure out how to add more calories and nutrition to the pancake in such a way that the kids will eat it.

Looking forward to finding the pan and giving it a try!

Well, I guess I'll just have to try it out a few more times. I found a link of a video of a man cooking using one of the "original" type pans. He made it look so easy. Of course how he cooked it was totally different from what the instructions for the Pancake Puff said to do. He just filled all the wells (I think there were 9 or 12), then tilted each one just a little and then tilted it again and then finally flipped them over and cooked them for several more minutes. I guess I'll have to give that a try and see if it works!
