nightwriter..if you know for sure that the baby sterilizer is able to sterilize the neb then i think it would be ok to rinse it in tap water...i dont think it is ok to rinse in tap water if you are not going to sterlize afterwards.
i dont know enough about the baby sterilizer because i have never seen it before. how hot does it get? steam is an effective method for sterilization but i think it has to be a certain temp.
