I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to my question... <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">
When I was 'healthy' for the past 4 years, my FEV1 was 64-65%. My oxygen saturation levels were between 97-100%.
During my sickness with pneumonia and 'running myself into the ground' while having my foster boys, my FEV1 was 49%. My oxygen saturation level was 92%.
Currently, my FEV1 is 55%; however, my oxygen saturation level is 100% which is rare. It usually isn't above 98-99%.
Does that mean that my damage is permanent because I'm at an oxygen level of 100%? Does one value always correlate with the other? I'm guessing maybe that it is permanent or else my oxygen saturation level would have been low too...
On a side note, I have contacted an ENT doctor to setup an appointment for my sinuses. I know I'll need surgery, and they were absolutely horrible this past weekend.
Thank you in advance for your answers! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
