i did a google on it and i read that doctors actually stopped kidney rejection without drugs by doing radiation therapy and injecting the donors stem cells into the patient. wow!

I watched the Health Corner on Lifetime this past Sunday and the CFer they talked to was Lo. They talked about how well she was doing, but we all know how things can change. Has anyone heard an update on her? She is in my prayers.

yesterday i was watching the clip from the link Joanne posted in the transplant section a few weeks ago <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://healthcorner.walgreens.com/display/1267.htm">this is it</a>

I think this would be what you saw last weekend? I noticed yesterday that is said it was aired this weekend. But it says that was the second time. The first was actually early april.



I'm wondering how she is too. Does anyone know if her family has a website or something like that?

I visited the local CFF chapter today. While there, I asked about Lo. They said they heard she is back from St. Louis and expected to attend a social event tonight. So I was excited to hear that, because I assume if she is able to attend a social function, she must be somewhat better.
