Please read this book, initiated by Dramamama's suggestions to me I started investigating my candida problem. I just got done at my CF clinic yesterday, changing nothing else my FEV1 has shot up by 14% in two months.

This book is very old but comprehensive and you can get it cheap on amazon. If ANYONE wants to read it and just doesnt have the funds I will buy you the book please IM me.
