I did what Wheezie did and included cleaning nebs, cooking and exercising. All totaled I probably spend 4-5 hours a day Sometimes more on the weekends when I have time to do more than 2 treatments a day.

Edited:

The reason I added cooking in my time is because if it wasn't for having to keep up my weight I would eat small dinners, like pizza and such every night. But I make sure I have a huge dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day so that I don't loose any weight. But I didn't add the entire amount of time in for cooking, only half <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I included time for chest PT, nebs, and 1/2 hour of exercise a day... I often exercise more than that, but thought counting 4-5 hour bike rides on the weekends would artifically inflate my time.... I like to think that I would do that exercise anyway.

Similarly, I didn't count cooking or boiling my nebs... I would cook anyway... I eat a lot, but cooking a small amount is just as hard as cooking a lot. I try hard to boil my nebs while doing other things... they go on the stove, I jump in the shower, 15 minutes later we're all done at the same time.

I counted exercise because I know I wouldn't be doing it otherwise. Or maybe I would be doing more things? I don't know. But for me it's an essential part of my "upkeep" and like Amy said, so is cooking meals. I spend half of my waking hours cooking, eating, or doing the million dishes I make. I also agree with Wheezie, counting up and taking pills isn't insignificant either - now that I've added a bunch of supplements, I literally have about 20 different bottles of stuff sitting here on my desk. 3+ hours for me.
