poop question

My daughters poop looks like soft serve icecream sitting on the bottom of the toilet. Sometimes she will have normal looking ones that float.

Do any of you/your children have poop that looks like this?

I am always concerned about her poop at CF clinic but I have a hard time explaining to the docs/nurses what I am trying to say. So I thought I would ask you all.

Sorry if this is gross to any of you...I figured most of you all are like me and have lost your sensitivity meter by now.

My daughter's doesn't look like that, but it always looks strange (lighter in color than normal poop and often ball shaped rather than S or Banana shape). She has really only had a handful of BM's that look normal.

My dd are really long an yellowish. They never look normal. They are still big but not as big as they used to be before she started taking enzymes. I don't get grossed out anymore.

Probably needs more enzymes...When DS was a baby, his poo was soft and fluffy -- was yellowish, with some green flecks and smelled like feta cheese, which I assumed was from his formula.

Until this past summer, most of his stools were soft and fluffy -- floaters, not sinkers. Sometimes there'd be an oily residue in the toilet. They'd break up pretty quickly when they hit the water or I flushed. He'd comment that the water would turn yellow when I flushed.

His doctor switched his enzymes from mt-4s to mt10s and because DS is a slow eater, had us divide his enzymes up thru out the meal. He's pretty much had normal stools since.
