I don't know of anyone personally thats had a baby post tx, but from what I've heard from my team the physical pregnancy + post tx is its own set of complications. Totally different from someone without tx.
I think its a safe bet that all moms post birth will suffer health wise somewhat. Interestingly many moms do tend to take better care of themselves after having a child bc they have that much more to be healthy for.
I would go over all your options for the future with your team. That includes preg, adoption..things in the medical world change rapidly.
Best wishes!!
(fyi-many years back when my health was much much worse, and i wanted a child very badly my doctor said to me-'I have never had a patient that wanted a child, and one way or another, we were not able to help them be a parent. So if you are open to waiting till you are healthy enough, and open to being a parent-not being pregnant, but being a parent by any means (adoption, etc)...we can help you.'
My point is planning and time answer alot of questions.
