My daughter had low 32-50 when we found out she was pregnant. She was roughly 5 mos when we found out. The first sonnogram showed him practice breathing, which we teased her about. Her decision from get go was have the baby and she /we talked to doctors knew risks. after baby was Delivery was easy he came a few weeks early and she basically coughed him out. The gyn told her babies come regardless of mom because we were so surprised. She does have low tolerance to pain so they did keep her sedated. Her specialist gyn was 2 hrs away becasue she came early we had to use a local hospital it all went well. She went in the hospital CF related about 2 days after he came home. She got to take baby to hopital with her as long as someone stayed and took care of baby. However she is single mom she did move back home after a year with her son on her own. The demands of a toddler have worn her body down even with all the help we give. She has been in rough shape lately in hospital about every other mos. We can't keep weight on her so she is not a good canidate for transplant. I know she does not regret her decision . She does not get on this site much but if would like to talk to her I can get her on. She is mostly on FB

hi, thanks for all the responses, I had a look at the links you suggested, it was good to hear people in a similar situation talking about their experiences. I thought about a lot about it and decided that my body doesn't feel strong enough to support a child right now, and by that point I had technicaly had a miscaraige already. The experience has made me realise that I would like to try to have a child somehow one day, but right now I think I just need to focus on getting a transplant. Thanks again for the replies, Shuv.
