With the heat y'all have been having down there, I would stay on the safe side and insist that it be replaced/refuse delivery.
I had a box of Xopenex and Pulmozyme that was in a UPS delivery truck for ONE day, in upper 90's/low 100's with cold packs and the box was very warm, almost hot inside. I took an infrared forehead thermometer, checked the temps (70-90 degree temps), called the pharmacy, and they replaced it the next day. Even if it the temp is in the, say, 70's inside the box now, there is no telling how hot it GOT. Even at 80+ degrees, it hadn't turned cloudy yet, but I know it wasn't usable, since it is only good for 24 hours at room temp.
There was some information floating around about what the max temp for how long is for Pulmozyme- I'll see if I can look it up. Both UPS and the pharmacy should have insurance for just such an occasion- do not be afraid to insist on a "fresh" batch <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> .
