This may not be <b>the</b> biggest problem, but lately as I've reviewed my invoices from my last hospital visit and home IVs, I'm almost sure that my insurance was billed twice for the same IV supplies.
As I've made phone calls, it seems that no one really wants to get to the bottom of it, they just try to pacify me and get off the phone.
Also, what was quite interesting is that I have Medicare as secondary, and home infusion company billed them as primary by mistake (not sure why, they should know that Medicare doesn't pay on home IVs). They sure as heck billed Medicare a whole lot more than they re-billed my insurance company<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif" border="0">
