Thanks . Hopefully, if things don't improve, I will get to do them all at home, with no admit (I'm really excited about that possibility).

cinnamon does much more than just supposedly regulate BS. Read into all the medicinal properties of cinnamon, it's many, and varied.

Andee,

I almost started taking this for help with my blood sugar at one point. What's the dosage you are taking? Maybe it's worth it for me to give it a go!! If i do, I'll report back -- you too!

Cinnamon inhibits the release of arachidonic acid acid from cells putting it in the category of anti-inflammatory. Cfers levels of this acid is way too high and this imbalance is one area of exploration at this point with the DHA supplementation. So, you are no doubt experiencing an anti-inflammatory effect.

Another great benefit is that cinnamon has unbelievable effect on pseudo. It is inhibitory and bacteriocidal to this bacteria... it kills by heat so therefore, pseudo cannot become resistant to it

I have no studies saved on all this info, but all you need to do is google it... You will have more than enough reading to keep you busy for hours!!
