Question about how you other mothers prepare your babies bottles?

Keep an eye on the bottle brush, so it doesn't grow anything. Originally, I had a bottle brush with a sponge on the end of it. Bleah!
As for Kate still drinking out of a bottle -- been there, done that, too. DS likes drinking out of straws, so I got plastic cups with lids, disposable straws and use those. I still do in the morning when he's sleepy and I give him his carnation instant breakfast in bed while he watches cartoons.

Our dishwasher is not working right now. <img src="">
So I have been handwashing Emma's bottles and nipples.
Then I let them air dry on a bottle drying rack.
I also boil them once a week.
Anyone have additional suggestions on what I should do?
