My daughter has Y1092x and delta F508 so we have been anxiously awaiting some information on PTC124 as well. I have never heard of anyone else having this combo! I hope for the people with a nonsense and the delta F508 this drug will work for. I think that seems like so many people....

Hi Zoe, that looks like a hebrew genotype. With that Y starting there and numbers in 1000. It seems that there is at least one other with that mutation,,,or is this your daughter?

No, that's not my daughter (she's only 20 months) but thanks for the info! Very interesting that it is of Hebrew decent. We come from a Catholic and very German heritage on both sides. Very interesting.... So based on your earlier post, would that be a good thing as far as PTC124 is concerned for working? I sure have my fingers crossed for this drug helping a lot of our kiddos!
