I guess that was my original reaction, too! When DS was a baby, there were a couple times I felt that a caregiver felt giving him enzymes (sprinkling them on a spoonful of bananas) were too much work, but the daycare director runs a tight ship and those individuals didn't last very long.

So I would in no uncertain terms say, "I want my child to eat the food that I provide, be given the time she needs to eat it, or I'm yanking her right out of here." Of course you can put this in words that are right for you. I'd also let them know that small businesses survive by word of mouth plus these days, people post what they think of schools. They can't afford any negativity.
