well so i have been working out lately at the gym. two of my classes are weight classes. i only do the 5 and 8 lb weights, so i dont feel like i am overdoing it or anything.. (we do lots of chest, shoulders, arms etc..) well when it was time to do push-ups i could not do them because the pain in my collar bone where my port cathetar is felt like it was grinding or popping. have any of you who have ports had similar feelings with your port when you do certain things/activities? also when i role my shoulders back it pops too. uuuh i cant stand it, makes me queezy!
