Hey guys...
I have a quick question for anyone who might know what im talking about. I have done in the past a homemade Nasal saline spray. You simply use water and Kosher or Pickling salt. I have not used it in a few months, but since I have been in the schools teaching have noticed that my nose gets very dry and I'm somewhat congested. My doctor suggests this every time I am for a study visit, and I tell them I iused it as needed, so they think I have the recipe. The only problem is, I used to have the recipe on my college email and now that I'm done with school, I dont have that email anymore...so I dont have the recipe.
So my question is does anyone know the exact concentration of Kosher salt to water (and I know there is baking soda too)?
