Hey, everyone!
I know many had been asking for ways to add calories a while back (I think originated with someone's mom wanting to add oil, etc. to infant's intake??)
Anyway, I read on a weighlifting/bodybuilding site that a trainer actually adds 2-3 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil to his SMOOTHIES (2 times a day)! each Tbsp. is around 120 calories.
He mentioned to start small and gradually increase to adding that amount if you are able to "tolerate it" and not be chained to your toilet (LOL), but I thought I'd post here that maybe its a good way to mask the taste... just throw it in a smoothie with fruits and yogurt and juice and blend. I think I'll try it tonight!!!
