i've been out of town while the hurricane was doing its thing. coming back to a post questioning whether i have CF is a bit offensive. we don't need to get into it. i know it was an issue in the past. just try to use tact when publicly questioning people in the future.
i just called the guy who is supposedly dealing with my issue. his name is robert hill if anyone wants to question the legitimacy of this. he seems surprised every time i call him. this time he said he hasn't dealt with it because of the hurricane. he said he's going to call someone about it now. we'll see. he says he's the houston area representative for hill rom. he's not doing a very good job.

Ok I met with Hill Rom today. They are working on the problem with how customer service handles things. The hose deal and the problem with billing. I showed them how there are other companies out there that are willing to help this community and with the stock market the way it is, this will affect their bottom line. so everybody knows I manage commerical buildings and they happen to be a tenant so I get alot of face time with them. Some times it is easier to get something done when they have a face to a name. They also know Malora and have seen how sick she gets. I will let you all know what happens. I also let them know we use alot of equipement for our helath (not mine) but you know what I mean.

I showed them how there are other companies out there that are willing to help this community and with the stock market the way it is, this will affect their bottom line. so everybody knows I manage commerical buildings and they happen to be a tenant so I get alot of face time with them. Some times it is easier to get something done when they have a face to a name. They also know Malora and have seen how sick she gets. I will let you all know what happens. I also let them know we use alot of equipement for our helath (not mine) but you know what I mean.
