My plate's pretty full right now with my nebs. I began Cayston-first round, yea! Quite a love hate relationship...so much work. Makes baby bottles look easy.

I do albuterol, then hypertonic, finish my vesting...then pulmozyme, then pulmicort, then Cayston.
In the morning, I'm finding that by the time baby is up, 4 yr old is up and all are fed and clean and I'm fed, I'm not getting to Cayston till like 10-11 some days. Which is putting my later doses just too late in the day. (I'm not getting to bed till 12ish most nights)
While we all transition through this I was wondering if it would be ok to do my alubterol and Cayston very early in the morning like, 7-8...then once the kids are up and cleaned and theres no interuptions, by 9ish I can do hyp sal and the rest.

I'm trying to give this my all, but I'm feeling completely overwhelmed right now with such long therapies, 4yr olds demands, and my little guy.-And they're really good kids, but I'm sitting on nebs and vests for 2.5+hrs a day. Its alot (as you all know).
