I dont really know what the right answer is to this. As some people have stated parents will bring in their kids no matter what. When I worked in daycare, we would have parents give thier kids tylenol before going to school, and then wham three hours later the fever is back. Yes younger kids have people wiping thier noses for them, but at the same time, there are a lot of inconsiderate people out there.

Nope. I used to help with the toddlers and I was always getting sick from them and it would take forever till I could be back, then it would start all over. People seem to always be dropping off snotty-nosed kids! The dr. told me to avoid them.

My step-daughter is a supervisor at a daycare and is always sick, too!

I try to find other ways to help out at church- bring a treat, write letters of welcome, something else that can be worked around me health and treatments and doesn't put me at risk.
