Running After transplant

You can do whatever you can build up too. I know Grant Prather here in Jacksonville would run marathons after his transplant. To my knowledge it was one of his passions. Unfortunately he passed away or I would tell you to talk to him - he ended up getting cancer about 5-6 years after his transplant.

But the reason of my mentioning him was that yes you can run. I do not run because it hurts my knees. I stick with bike riding and walking personally BUT if you were once a runner and have the drive to do it again there is no reason you can't.
