Sad News about Jamey

No, Jamey did not want to be on transplant list, although I have tried to change his mind a few times. No Luck. He has said, "you trade one set of problems for another and still have CF".
I did hear from his Aunt tonite and she said Jamey has perked up!! He is responsive, talking and eating! LETS KEEP THE PRAYERS AND POSITIVE ENERGY GOING!!!
He is at Barnes Jewish Hospital. I am sure he would love to hear from you. Emails can be sent to hospital and they will bring to his room.

Hi Hope. I just spoke w/ Jamey and he is doing much better!! He still has BiPAP mask, which is currently at 60% oxygen. Hopefully he can wean that down. He walked for 6 minutes today.... is eating ...... hopefully with more time he will get stronger everyday. He's been in hospital a little over a week. He made it through a near death experience. The docs and nurses couldnt believe he made it... On Monday the CO2 in his body was extremely high. He said normal is 50 and his was 150!! Since Jamey is feeling better maybe he'll post something soon.
