So now that I am living away from my parents, I will be responsible for the shoveling out of my car and my fiancee's. There is a HUGE storm coming up the coast to the Northeast, blizzard conditions and whatnot. Of course it will be hitting overnight Sunday into Monday (the day I have my follow up from my IV's). I have no idea what I am going to do as far as shoveling...
I mean, I could probably get someone in the apartment complex to do it for me. But have any of you ever shoveled snow with a PICC? Is that totally out of line/over the weight limit of lifting? I am done with my abx, but was told I had to keep the PICC till my appt. I just want to be able to get the PICC out, so if the doctor is in the office, I will try my hardest to get there...who knows, maybe he won't even be in that day if it's as bad as they say.
****** I did shovel my car out. I had backed into the spot so all I had to shovel was the front and make sure I was able to get out. I did it, pretty quickly. But some @$$hole parked next to my Fiance's wheelchair accesible van...so he can't go anywhere (not that he has to go to work, but if there were an emergency). I'm pissed!
